Woke up today at 11.30.. I remembered I had something to do, blinked a few times then realized it was the
FESTIVAL OF LIGHT. OK, next order of business, jumped out of bed, texted Dhanraj asking what time should i be at his house for the Deepavali lunch at his place, actually woke up at 11.30 because Sha called me, I forgot why.. Anyways, I took it all pretty slowly considering supposedly I was supposed to be at the lunch at 12.. Walked around the house like a zombie looking for my stuff then finally got in the shower.
Fast-fowarding, drove to to the lunch at 12.40 (think its late? i was the
earliest among our friends) and met Dhanraj, we hung about, talked while waiting for the rest, saw his bro's friends get shoved in the pool, met Audrey there too, saw his bro's friends get drunk.. Then the rest came. I started by attacking the buffet and later we went upstairs to play Winning 11 where Dhanraj
ploughed his way past me, Adel, Syafiq (of course) using the cheat Barcelona team. He gave us retarded controllers too while defending himself saying that his was retartded too.
Headed home to pray then the plan was to play basketball with the guys at Zaaba, then Sha was bored, so I thought of bringing her along. Turns out the guys weren't there as early as I hoped and Sha had to head home early, so I turned back home to send Sha and met up with the guys at school as they changed the venue. Fuh!
Basketball, what a sport. I sucked. Big time. I think throughout the whole game i scored a measly 3 points, but I had fun nonetheless. Surprisingly throughout the second part of our playing Harith owned, then after that it was getting really dark so we headed back. Overall, a really fun day. Guess i'm part of a new group. Heheh.
